Learn the art of aerial dance online! A.D.O. is a learning space created by Holly Ann Jarvis, dedicated to understanding and exploring aerial theory, technique and artistry through inspirational content, aerial tutorials, courses and one-on-one classes.
A pioneer of the aerial sling,Holly’s unique style and approach to aerial dance has influenced thousands of aerialists across the globe. She has traveled the world teaching hundreds of students—in countries like Greece, China, Nicaragua and Singapore—sharing the methods you can learn right now in your very own space.
Since 2018, Holly has been an adjunct faculty member teaching Intro to Aerial Dance 1450 and 3450 at Weber State University’s Department of Performing Arts in Ogden, Utah.

The Sling Flow Salon — a place to be inspired!
Over the course of the past decade, Holly has amassed thousands of hours of aerial sling creations, much of which have never been shown to the world. The Sling Flow Salon Archives features full-length flows, transitions and sequences never before seen on social media. These videos are raw, unedited and oftentimes the pilot for future creation and invention. SFS videos are not in an instructional format.
The archives is organized by “log” entries, much like experiencing a historical journal or book. The “log” number associated with each sequence/video makes it easy to reference back to the content you want to revisit again and again!

The Aerial Arts Masterclass is a collection of 12 classes, designed to inspire growth not only as an aerial athlete but as an artist, inside and out.
